To schedule your play-in game, please contact the team manager of the team you are slated to play. Both teams must agree on a date and time for the game. The lower seeded team (i.e. #16 vs #17, #16 is the lower seed) will be the home team and will host the game at their fields. All games must be played on Friday, May 17, Saturday, May 18 or Sunday May 19.
The State Referee Committee will schedule the referees for all play-in games. Please check to see if other teams in your league have play-in games. If they do, please work with your field scheduler to try and schedule games following one another. This will help to assure you get the best possible referees for your match.
Once both teams have agreed on a date and time for the game, email the following information:

Play-in game information is due by Wednesday, May 1.
